SURF_LONGITUDE NUMBER22The longitude value of a location in a borehole. A positive value denotes east. Angle measured about the spheroid axis from a local prime meridian to the meridian through the point.
APD_APRV_DATE DATE7The date the Application for Permit to Drill(APD) is approved by the Minerals Management Service Field Operations.
